Holly Hill Inn

426 North Winter Street, Midway, Ky. 40347

This beautiful 1840s-era inn is on the National Register of Historic Places. The spacious structure has five intimate, elegantly appointed dining rooms, an expansive covered front porch and beautifully landscaped lawn, perfect for celebrations of any size. Fasig-Tipton

Historic Fasig-Tipton, renowned worldwide as a premier Thoroughbred auction company, offers an unexpectedly elegant venue for events of any size at its Newtown Paddocks division in Lexington.

Set in Bluegrass horse country along scenic Newtown Pike, just one mile from Interstate 64/75 and only minutes from downtown Lexington. Hotel accommodations are nearby.

Guests enter the grounds through impressive stone columns and iron gate. A tree-lined drive leads to ample paved parking and several easily accessible facilities.

These facilities offer a range of options for events, from rustic get-together to sophisticated gala, including the newly renovated Seattle Slew private dining room, with its abundant natural light, hand-crafted fieldstone and plank-fencing features, and reclaimed-wood bar.

From 7 to 700, Fasig-Tipton is Central Kentucky's destination for weddings, corporate meetings, intimate gatherings and celebrations.

    Create an unforgettable wedding reception or holiday party in the spacious Seattle Slew private dining room, the showplace venue at Fasig-Tipton. The Seattle Slew room makes an iconic Bluegrass horse country statement, with its hand-crafted fieldstone and plank-fencing features and reclaimed-wood bar.

    Perfect for weddings, banquets, conferences, meetings, holiday parties, large rehearsal dinners, small- to medium-size trade shows.

    Host a rustic reception or hoedown in the Indoor Walking Ring, which includes a 360-degree auctioneer’s booth for live fund-raising auctions. The ring can also be transformed into a chic country reception or party room. Massive sliding doors can open to Outdoor Walking Ring.

    Perfect for casual receptions and fund raisers, antique shows and trade shows.
