The Holly Hill Inn has a decades-long tradition of hospitality and ­fine dining. The inn, a spacious 1840s-era structure on the National Register of Historic Places, is conveniently located just off I-64 between Louisville and Lexington. With ­rooms for private dining, the Holly Hill Inn can accommodate groups with 12 to 125 guests.

Our goal is to create an unforgettable occasion for each guest. Events manager Donna Hecker will relieve the stress of planning a gathering by combining your vision with our attention to detail. Donna has nearly 30 years of experience organizing events of every size and style, from book club luncheons to corporate client meetings, from family gatherings to elegant tasting dinners with our culinary team. Our event planning service offers assistance with music and flowers, wine selection and beverage suggestions, and even provides a commemorative menu complete with personalized greeting or corporate logo.

Your guests will be delighted to have the opportunity to dine at the Holly Hill Inn, which has been recognized as a Fodor’s Choice Restaurant. Ouita has won acclaim in radio, television and print, including The New York Times, which called the Holly Hill Inn “a gem of a restaurant.”

Three-course luncheons begin at $22 a person and three-course dinners at $40, plus tax, service and beverage. Full bar service and an award-winning wine list are available. Southern Charm for a Memorable Day

Thank you for your interest in Holly Hill Inn for your upcoming wedding! We welcome the opportunity to be of service on such a special occasion and want to share the following information about our beautiful restaurant.
 
First of all, we specialize in late morning and early afternoon weddings.  Our availability for evening weddings and receptions is limited and determined by the anticipated level of business on and around the date requested.
 
We have also learned over the years that the setup and access required for nuptial events usually require closing the restaurant to the public for the entire day, especially when an evening reception is planned.  Therefore, your event may be subject to a food and beverage minimum of $2,500 for a daytime function (which concludes by 4 p.m.) or $10,000 for an evening function.
 
Our maximum inside seating capacity is 125 guests. Outdoor covered seating for 30 is available on the front porch. The side yard can accommodate a 20-by-40-foot tent for up to 60 guests.  The front lawn can accommodate a 40-by-80 foot tent for up to 200 guests.  These numbers will vary according to the type of menu and meal service selected for your event.
 
Holly Hill Inn always features the best of seasonal cuisine based on our wonderful local ingredients.  Our culinary team, led by Chef de cuisine Tyler McNabb, will work from your ideas to compose a menu especially for you. We have a full liquor license and can offer any combination of beer, wine and spirits, including a signature cocktail for your special day.
 
So that we may focus on delivering the level of food and service you expect from Holly Hill Inn, we encourage you to consider the services of a wedding coordinator to assist with the reception itself. 
 
Your wedding may require the rental of additional serving pieces, dishware, glassware, silverware, tables, chairs, etc.  Large groups may also want to consider portable lavatories as we only have three public restrooms available.  These costs will be passed on to you or billed directly from the rental company.  Our preferred rental company is Bryant’s Rent-All in Lexington.
