Our philosophy is simple: good food skillfully prepared with the freshest ingredients in season, served by a knowledgeable and caring staff. In our dedication to preserving Kentucky agriculture, we use as much locally raised meat and produce as possible. Many of the herbs and vegetables on our menu are grown in our Holly Hill Inn gardens, designed by David Wagoner and tended by him and our DirtWorks team.
