Join Chef Ouita Michel and Wine Guild Director Steve Mancuso for the first of our 2026 Wine Dinners at Holly Hill Inn. Each dinner will feature hors d’oeuvres and a three course menu composed by Chef Ouita.

Steve Mancuso has selected three terrific wines to pour — a white Rioja to welcome, a brilliant Sonoma Coast chardonnay with the first course, and a Wine Spectator Top 100 red to accompany the main course.

Doors open at 6:00 pm; passed hors d’oeuvres and welcome glass of wine

Dinner service begins at 6:30.

Service is included in the price of dinner; sales tax will be applied at checkout.
