Join director Steve Mancuso and members of the Holly Hill Wine Guild for a delectable evening of Italian food and wine at the Holly Hill Inn.
Our garden gate swings open at 6:00 pm for antipasti and wine service. Seating for the three course dinner will follow at 6:45 in the dining rooms.
The pasta course will feature handmade pasta with fresh herbs and vegetables from our gardens. For the main course, Chef Ouita is preparing her version of porchetta — inspired by stuffed roast pig, which has a history dating to ancient Roman festivals, where it was a staple for celebrations.
