French Provincial Dinner at Saxony Farm | January 17

Join us at famous Saxony Farm for an intimate dinner prepared by Chefs Ouita Michel and Tyler McNabb. It’s part one of a dinner series featuring the comfort foods of France, from Burgundy and beyond.

Our evening begins at 6:30 pm with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and a warm welcome from Broussard Hundley, whose family calls Saxony home. Then enjoy a three course dinner accompanied by Chris Michel’s handpicked wine selections. There will also be wine by the bottle available to purchase.

Joyce Farm Poulet Rouge, marinated in red Burgundy, pan-roasted with pearl onions, mushrooms and lardons of bacon, served with spaetzle and caramelized Brussels sprouts and chestnuts
