French Provincial Dinner at Saxony Farm | January 31
Join us at famous Saxony Farm for an intimate dinner prepared by Chefs Ouita Michel and Tyler McNabb. It’s part two of a dinner series featuring the comfort foods of France, from Burgundy and beyond.
Our evening begins at 6:30 pm with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and a warm welcome from Broussard Hundley, whose family calls Saxony home. Then enjoy a three course dinner accompanied by Chris Michel’s handpicked wine selections. Wine by the bottle will be available to purchase as well.

First course
Belgian Endive Salad — pears, pomegranate, toasted walnuts, Roquefort
Entree
Beef Bourguignon — Julia’s style made with Kentucky-raised Red Angus beef — served with pommes purée and charred haricots verts with blistered cherry tomatoes
Dessert
Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Raspberries

6:30 pm welcome, 7:00 pm dinner begins.
Ticket price includes a welcome cocktail or mocktail and hors d’oeuvres, three course dinner, two glasses of wine, and service. Tax will be applied at checkout.
In the best spirit of conviviality, dinner seating will be communal.
Due to the nature of this dinner, it may not be possible to accommodate dietary restrictions.
